Kristen started her digital marketing career at Ciceron way back in 1999. She spent time as a developer, project manager, account manager – an all-around get things done kind of person. She took an opportunity to go client-side with Ameriprise Financial leading the implementation of Omniture across five website properties. She has also focused on loyalty marketing with Aimia for a variety of Fortune 100 clients in consumer packaged goods, travel, retail, and causes.
In 2015, Kristen returned to Ciceron. As the VP of Insights and Technologies, she now leads consumer insights work which gives her an all-access pass to massive amounts of consumer data. This makes her happy. In addition, Kristen is the expert liaison between Ciceron and our many technologies partners, including Equals 3/IBM Watson, our partner in marketing AI. Kristen speaks regularly at industry conferences on consumer research, web analytics, UX, and digital marketing.
